In memory of one of our family members, (resident) Mr. Pat Fisher. Pat moved to Azalea Trail Nursing & Rehab in Feb. 2015. He was a part of our Azalea family for a little over 9 years. Anytime, we lose a part of our family, our hearts are shattered. This time, losing Pat, touched not only us, but many of our residents and people in the community as well. Pat was very involved with his friends here at Azalea Trail Nursing & Rehab and always enjoyed having a good time. They all looked forward to hearing him sing Karaoke. I know many of them could probably tell you some of his favorite songs. Pat, you will be missed from our family of friends.
We are currently looking for a full time housekeeper. Thursday-Friday 8am-4:30pm and Saturday-Sunday 7am-7pm. Please apply in person at 411 Springcreek Rd., Grand Saline, TX.
